Plug-in technology compliant with Microsoft™ Windows .NET Framework Communication Foundation Web Services

The ZBServer provides a feature rich environment for creating, managing and integrating multiple ZigBee and other 802.15.4 wireless networks. ZBServer leverages Microsoft’s latest Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) technology enabling web service interfaces and applications to be quickly developed or added using main stream development tools.

ZBServer features a Plug-in architecture enabling wireless nodes which support a diverse set of capabilities to be simply added to the wireless network. Each node type has an associated plug-in that is dropped into the ZBServer plug-in folder. The plug-in provides the new web service interface(s) for the new node type. Plug-ins can be developed by IDC or by third parties.
